Cancellation Policy
If your cruise ship is unable to dock in Costa Maya and your port call is officially canceled, you will not be responsible for the full payment of the excursion.
As stated in our policy on our website (elgrannohochkaybigfish.com), your deposit is fully refundable in the event that your ship does not arrive to port due to weather or itinerary changes beyond your control. We understand that cruise schedules can be affected by sea conditions, especially during certain times of the year, and we always work with our guests in these situations.
Our goal is to make your experience stress-free and fair. If the port call is canceled:
- Your reservation will be canceled without penalty.
- Your deposit will be 100% refunded accordingly.
Note: Please bring sunscreen, swimwear, and a camera. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Weather conditions may affect some activities.
