NO CANCELLATION FEE:
If cancelled 48 hours prior to activity date, or if cancelled due to circumstances out of your control. If it’s within 48 hours, you are only out your small deposit, even if you no-show. Compare that with other website’s cancellation policies!
NO PORT, NO PAY POLICY:
If for any reason your cruise ship doesn’t stop in Costa Maya, or doesn’t port the day it was supposed to, you will receive a full refund of your excursions. We understand that this happens, and we want to make sure there is never a risk to book an excursion with us.
